The Position:

You are a dedicated, hard-working Software Business Analyst who loves to work as part of a multi-layered team. You are organized, able to find the needle in a haystack, you can deal with different teams and you can make yourself heard, and have the ability to find solutions to old and new problems by thinking out of the box.

What will you do:

Participate in the construction and maintenance of the functional reference of Aizon's products
Analyze and refine requirements of complex new features
Carry out the functional design of complex new features, bringing a skilled technical eye and practical sense
Build a bridge between the knowledge of PO's, UX designers, and SW developers
Continuously look for ways of improving the functional documentation for the sake of clarity and completeness
Proactively propose improvements in our SW business analysis methodology.
Analyze and refine requirements of complex new features.

What do you need:

Must-have
At least a bachelor's degree in information technology and computer science
Previous experience: at least 3 years in a similar position (Senior software development profile reconverted to Business Analysts)
UML and BPML knowledge
Proficient in spoken and written English
Basic programming skills and knowledge of programming frameworks
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Based in Barcelona or available to relocate to Barcelona without visa sponsorship
Bonus-points
Experience with a relevant CASE tool (Visual Paradigm, Enterprise Architect, etc.)
Experience in SaaS platforms for industrial environments will be desirable
Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, e.g., Big Data, AI, Cloud Platforms, and IIoT
Experience in highly regulated environments will be desirable
Familiar with the use of the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira)
