Product Management Intern

● Supporting activities related to Product Management and Technical Documentation

● Supporting the Product Team, managing backlog tasks, and building product knowledge

● Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

Work closely with our product team to understand product requirements and objectives.
Assist in translating user needs into technical specifications.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create user manuals, technical specifications, and other product documentation.
Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guides.
Support activities related to product readiness throughout the product development life cycle
Participate on the deployment of new versions and features within the platform, this includes deployment queue planning, weekly reviews, impact analysis, and managing deadlines
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on key performance indicators.
Work with product designers to understand and contribute to the user experience design process.
Communicate effectively with team members, documenting progress and challenges.

Knowledge and Experience

Must-have
Degree or Professional Training related to Computer Science, Engineering, or English.
0-3 years of professional experience.
Written and oral English advanced.
Basic data treatment knowledge: JSON, CSV, SQL, Regex.
Nice-have
Good understanding of pharma manufacturing environments.
Experience with technical documentationGood understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and principles and cloud platforms(AWS), SaaS.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Strong interest in product management and the technical aspects of product development.
