  • Be a user and tinkerer of their own product and become intimately familiar with the strengths and any gaps, from both a functional and user experience perspective. Build a capability and mindset to make sure new features are credibly reviewed before making it into the team’s product backlog. Build credibility and repertoire with technical team members.
  • Have a sense when things are stuck and direct discussions with the right level of assertion to make progress towards decisions and actions. Provide effective visibility of execution progress at the right levels for non-technical audiences.
