Position Summary
Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. Their duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing a company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies to develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.

Required Experience and Skills
  • Self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • 2-3 years experience in cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
