About the role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Operator to strengthen our R&D team in Espoo. You will execute R&D-related manufacturing tasks performed mainly in the cleanroom environment.

What you will do:

• Assist manufacturing novel, state-of-the-art Dispelix AR optical waveguides.
• Closely collaborating with internal teams to keep the pole position in manufacturing the best see-through displays.
• Reporting own work: using e.g. power point, excel, word.

What you bring:

• Experience in working in a cleanroom environment
• Comfortable with hands-on micro- and nanofabrication in cleanroom environment
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Talent for paying attention to details

Beneficial skills:

• Experience in characterization tools such as ellipsometry, SEM, AFM
• Experience in fabrication processes such as thin-film coating, photolithography, wet processing
• Micro- and nanophotonics basic understanding
• Capability to handle and process sensitive samples
