About the role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project/Program Manager to strengthen our Project Management Team in Espoo. In this role, you’ll lead a variety of research and development projects, working closely with our internal engineering team and global supplier network. You’ll be the engine that keeps projects moving forward – ensuring timelines, quality, and collaboration all stay on track. While our Technical Leads manage the technical side, you’ll bring your full toolkit of project management skills to lead the programs/projects from start to finish.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Act as a key contact for customers and internal teams.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Collaborate with teams to help stay ahead in producing the world’s best see-through displays.

What you bring:

• Solid experience in project and/or program management
• Familiarity with project management frameworks like PMBOK and PRINCE2
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project and advanced Excel use
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and external partners
• Comfortable with dynamic R&D environments
• Fluent English skills – both written and spoken
• A natural problem-solver who stays ahead of issues and keeps things moving

Beneficial skills:

• Experience leading long-term projects or programs
• Background in product management
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Basic understanding of Lean principles and APQP
