As we continue to scale, we're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a strong background in software, SaaS, or AI solutions sales.

As a Sales Development Representative at Graphiant, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across enterprise IT, cloud, and AI initiatives. You will serve as the first point of contact for many prospects, positioning Graphiant as a strategic enabler of modern application performance, AI infrastructure readiness, and secure cloud connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers across IT, cloud architecture, AI/ML, DevOps, and digital transformation teams.
• Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, and modern sales engagement platforms.
• Qualify inbound marketing leads and convert interest into high-quality, sales-ready pipeline.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives by effectively articulating Graphiant’s value in supporting SaaS, cloud, and AI initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, conversations, and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging aligned to software-driven and AI-focused buyer personas.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
• Develop a strong understanding of Graphiant’s platform and how it supports application performance, data mobility, cloud adoption, and AI workloads.
• Represent Graphiant professionally in all interactions with prospective customers and partners.

Core Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound prospecting within SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong ability to engage technical and business buyers in conversations around digital transformation, AI enablement, and application performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate modern cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven solution value propositions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Experience:

• 2+ years of Sales Development or Business Development experience in a SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software company.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts selling software or platform-based solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML infrastructure, or SaaS ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
