What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for building Mitiga's cutting-edge solutions while working with a broad range of technologies, disciplines, and cyber-defense-related applications. You'll contribute to the company's evolving culture, bring innovative approaches, and learn from talented colleagues.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• TypeScript as a primary programming language
• Cloud expertise — deep understanding of at least one major cloud vendor (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP)
• Database experience — hands-on work with MongoDB, SQL, or similar
• AI-assisted development — proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar; comfortable using AI to accelerate development workflows, code reviews, and problem-solving
• Architecture & design skills — proven ability to design systems and knowledge of a wide range of technologies
• Code quality — high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
• Agile methodology — experience working in Agile teams
• Strong interpersonal skills — clear communicator and collaborative team player
• Self-motivated — innovative, proactive, and can-do attitude

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain
• Experience with DevOps tools, frameworks, and culture
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Location: Tel Aviv, IL
