General Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for outbound go to Market indirect channel management and strategy for Industrial IoT products and services through partners
  • Drive Indirect Channel KPIs (sales, revenue) through SOM, Design Partners, and partner channels for North American market
  • Manage outbound channel strategy and pipeline for all partners selling into North America
  • Foster strategic ecosystem partnership go to market activities and monitor key KPIs
  • Lead and optimize Indirect outbound Channel Sales Strategy for North American Region
  • Define, and create incentives and growth initiatives in support of our IOT partners for the North American market
  • Develop and guide marketing communications activities including trade shows, website, sales collateral and PR to promoting Industrial IoT partners and products in North America
  • Monitor, analyze and report competitive indirect channel programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
  • OR
    Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
  • OR
    High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong technical and solution sales background

* 5+ yrs of experience in Channel Development and Partnerships in IOT industry

* Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience

* Strong negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners

* Strong written communication skills (esp. executive presentations)

* Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills

* Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$182,800.00 - $274,200.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
