General Summary:
Advanced 5G/6G PHY/MAC techniques design, modeling and performance analysis, including one or more of 5G/6G key techniques, include channel coding, wireless AI, massive MIMO, sensing, RIS; modeling and analysis of feature and systems for new vertical markets, e.g., IOT and V2X
Skills / Experience Required:
* Good grasp of radio communication theory and digital signal processing are required.
* Solid understanding of fundamentals of wireless communication physical and MAC layer concepts is required.
* Strong hands-on capability and extensive experience of system modeling and performance analysis are required.
* Research or development experience for OFDM/OFDMA based systems is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.
