General Summary:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building robust reporting capabilities that help us understand and optimize the performance of our global B2C and B2B campaigns.
This data-driven and hands-on position requires close collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to enhance our paid media measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Reports:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and summary presentations for full-funnel campaigns, providing insights aligned with business objectives.
• Present bi-weekly optimization updates and monthly campaign performance reports to internal teams, highlighting overall performance and variances from targets.
• Integrate paid media data into quarterly 360-degree campaign reports for marketing executives.
• Create and manage paid dashboards for campaigns, business units, and channels in Datorama to facilitate self-service for stakeholders.
Campaign Optimization:
• Measure, significance test, and report on results of A/B testing including ad copy, formats, landing pages, and audiences and recommend campaign enhancements.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the paid media team and agency partners.
• Collaborate with data scientists and research teams to analyze the broader brand impact, including attribution, ROAS, and ROI.
Data Management:
• Establish and enforce standards for paid data files received from ad platforms and partners.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining clean, organized datasets with accurate campaign naming conventions and correctly implemented tags.
• Document and maintain processes for data enrichment and a comprehensive data dictionary.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in paid media measurement.
• Hands-on experience in mining paid media data for insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to innovate and improve campaign performance and business impact.
• Advanced skills in managing and analyzing large datasets for insights across both B2C and B2B campaigns.
• The ability to see the big picture and uncover deeper trends and insights beyond basic descriptive analytics.
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Datorama, Adobe Analytics, and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and how to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Professional presence and excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently and in global teams.
