General Summary:
Job Function
Cross team co-work with dev/customer/marketing teams, focusing on graphics test especially top mobile app/game.
Responsibilities:
-Cross team communication with dev/CE/mkt to get test request clarified, then proactively follow up test execution and reporting.
-Joint review with dev team for in-depth profiling, issue triage and reporting before delivery.
Game test mainly focus on:
-Top 3rd party mobile game covering Honor of King, Game of Peace, Genshin, Star Rail, etc.
-FPS, CPU/GPU, power/performance measurement and analysis.
-Graphics visual quality effect and power combined evaluation.
-Game engine knowledge and functional test.
-Multiple display (external HDMI/DP enabled) user concurrency scenario test.
-Test will be possibly covered on both QC internal and commercial platforms with 3rd party GPU.
-Issue triage and trouble shoot in daily executions.
-Support on lab test environment setup and maintenance.
-Marketing demo support covering environment setup and demo guide documentation.
-New test method/tool/strategy exploration and other related new initiatives.
-Automation test deployment, tools development for test quality and efficiency improvement.
Skills/Experiences:
-Master degree in computer science, EE or relevant majors. 5+ years of graphics and Android platform testing experience. Bachelor with matching career background could also be considered.
-Good understanding of Android graphics and display subsystem.
-Good Knowledge on test planning, issue analysis, summary, reporting.
-Knowledge and test experience for common game engines like unity, unreal, etc. is a plus.
-Knowledge of GPU architecture and 3D graphics is also a plus.
-Automation test development experience (python, perl scripting) is a plus.
-Good gamer for popular 3rd party mobile games is highly appreciated.
-Good written and oral communication skills in English. Korean reading capability is a plus.
-Must be a self-motivated and capable of working under dynamic changing environment.
