General Summary:
This person will be a group lead for China compliance team, responsible to work with customers in China and ensure proper compliance under their licensing agreements with Qualcomm, including:
- Analyzing customer sales quantities, prices and related numerical trends - Validating customer calculations
- Researching development, manufacturing and distribution relationships between companies
- Effectively communicate ad-hoc analysis results as needed to a variety of audiences
- Establish & maintain customer relationships necessary to resolve identified reporting compliance and payment issues
-Daily management of China compliance team
Minimum Qualifications
Required 10+ years' related working experience with following skills:
- Strong business sense and data analysis
-IP licensing and Contract review
- People management
- English and Mandarin as working language
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the following area a plus:
- Telecom industry experience
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Affairs or related degree field
Master degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Affairs or related degree field
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Affairs, Engineering, Legal, or related field.
• 7+ years of IPR Compliance or related work experience.
*Travels domestically and internationally multiple times per year.
