General Summary:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution: Lead and deliver complex SAP FI/CO initiatives that support global manufacturing, supply chain and cost controlling processes. Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with internal standards and statutory requirements.
Analytical Expertise: Apply deep technical understanding of SAP End-to-End(E2E) Processes and integration points to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions.
Clear Communication: Present critical insights and recommendations to stakeholders across regions, adapting communication style to technical and non-technical audiences to build consensus and buy-in.
Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with Finance, Accounting Shared Service, Supply chain functions, manufacturing, and IT teams across Europe, India, APAC and USA to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions and business processes.
Coaching & Development: Mentor and develop a team of three (3) SAP FI/CO experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Impactful Innovation: Drive process improvements and challenge existing practices to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.
Functional Knowledge: Apply advanced SAP FI/CO knowledge with a strong emphasis on:
Accounting Modules in SAP (AR/AP/GL and Fixed Assets)
Profit center accounting
Product cost controlling and SAP Project Module
Cross Module Integration in context of Intercompany processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Level of Responsibility:
5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, with first experience in leadership roles.
At least 5 years in IT with a focus on SAP Finance & Controlling
Proven track record in high-tech manufacturing companies with complex intercompany structures.
Deep understanding of product and process cost controlling.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and New GL.
Full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including rollouts across multiple sites - ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment - are highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Celonis for process analytics is a plus.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
9+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years in a leadership role in projects/programs.
