General Summary:
Job function
- Lead the regional sales team in relevant region to drive continued revenue, profitability, and design win growth in China
- Establish and execute go-to-market strategies in China across Qualcomm's automotive product portfolio
- Build long-term strategic relationships with both Chinese and international tier1/OEM customers
- Drive business development efforts with all ecosystem partners in China to accelerate the adoption of Qualcomm technologies in Automotive industry
- Collaborate with Qualcomm's other functional teams (e.g. PDM, CE, R&D etc) to achieve more design-wins and expand Qualcomm market share
- Collaborate with Qualcomm's other regional teams (e.g., Europe, North America) to serve international JVs in China and ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee and coordinate all operational activities, including customer service and technical support.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree or above with major in engineering background, MBA or EMBA is a plus
- Previous experience with a multi-national company in automotive or semi-conductor industry is a strong plus
- Over 15 years of account management experience in automotive industry
- Over 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
- Strong network in automotive industry
- Excellent teamwork spirit
- Frequent travel required
