General Summary:
Join Qualcomm’s Data Center Business Unit as a Director or Senior Director of Product Management, where you will lead the strategy and execution of custom AI ASIC products tailored for next-generation data centers. You’ll drive the entire ASIC lifecycle—from initial concept through tape-out, bring-up, and mass production—collaborating closely with hyperscale cloud providers, cross-functional engineering teams, and manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering and specification with hyperscale customer partners
- Architecture trade-off analysis and microarchitecture definition
- Collaboration on RTL design, verification plans, physical design, and timing closure
- Silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and yield optimization.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.Preferred Qualifications:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$196,000.00 - $294,000.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
