General Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Analyst, Senior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes and providing strategic insights to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
**Position requires to be in San Diego onsite full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance sales performance and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Support the sales team with tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the sales database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable, although not a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$84,000.00 - $126,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
