General Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Senior Product Management Lead to define and execute the product strategy for our AI Platform and Solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with deep expertise across the AI lifecycle, from foundational models and agentic frameworks to MLOps and scalable SaaS delivery. This role will own the product roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure our AI products deliver exceptional value and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for our AI platform and related solutions, aligned with overall business objectives and market needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, research advancements, and emerging technologies—including large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and multi-agent systems—to identify new product opportunities and ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, user-centric product requirements and go-to-market strategies, emphasizing quantifiable business impact and value.

Agentic Frameworks and Hybrid AI:

  • Lead the product direction for agentic AI capabilities, from dynamic runtimes to multi-agent orchestration, that form the foundation of our intelligent solutions.
  • Define and build product features and reusable component frameworks that enable the rapid deployment of AI and non-AI assets into various third-party environments.
  • Shape the strategy for hybrid AI frameworks, leveraging both proprietary and open-source models, to optimize for performance, cost, and customization.

Execution and Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the AI platform and solutions, from ideation to launch, and post-launch iteration, in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales, to drive execution and ensure successful product delivery.

MLOps and AI Ecosystem:

  • Develop a product strategy for MLOps and AI platform capabilities that ensure security, scalability, and compliance, enabling efficient development and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Incorporate best-in-class MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for models, versioning, monitoring, and model governance, into the product roadmap.
  • Navigate the broader AI ecosystem, including partnerships with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), data providers, and open-source communities, to enhance our product offerings.

SaaS Business Acumen:

  • Leverage your deep understanding of SaaS business models to define pricing strategies, drive product-led growth, and maximize the return on investment (ROI) of our AI products.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement efforts.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, inform future iterations, and report performance to senior leadership.

This is an office based position in San Diego, CA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex AI products from concept to market.
  • Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, data pipelines, and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Extensive experience with agentic frameworks, multi-agent systems, and generative AI concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for deploying, monitoring, and managing models in production.
  • Solid experience with hybrid AI frameworks, balancing proprietary development with open-source integration.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
  • Experience with a SaaS business model and understanding of how to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) is preferred.
