General Summary:
Qualcomm Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Analyst to join our GPU PMO and Engineering team. This role is central to our data transformation efforts, enabling predictive analytics and operational excellence through the development of our Engineering Data Integration & Analytics Platform.
You will help build the foundation for our GPU Engineering Analytics Platform, integrating data from multiple data sources (single source of truth) into a centralized operational data store and developing dashboards that power decision-making and support day-to-day engineering operations across GPU PMO and GPU Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of the Engineering Data Integration & Analytics Platform: gather requirements, define metrics, and identify data sources.
- Validate ETL pipelines and build advanced Tableau dashboards for PMO and Engineering.
- Pioneer and evaluate GenAI predictive analytics solutions.
- Explore and apply 3rd-party AI and agentic systems such as Microsoft Copilot custom agents, Tableau AI, and other emerging tools to enhance engineering analytics workflows.
- Analyze program data, budgets, and operational metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Leads and Program Managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in engineering operations or program management.
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau (Advanced & AI), Excel.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and data transformation.
- Familiarity with 3rd-party AI tools and agentic systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Tableau AI).
- Passion for GenAI and its application in predictive analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$42.70 - $64.04
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
