Job Description: Sales Training Analyst
1. Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain compelling PowerPoint decks for internal and external training with wide distribution.
- Manage training logistics: send invites, create sign-in forms and surveys, and upload materials to internal/external platforms.
- Maintain and enhance the internal SharePoint training site (go/SELL), including quarterly audits and user engagement improvements.
- Track and report training metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging sales training content including presentations, instructional documents, and videos.
- Support quarterly QSales Enhancements Updates and external webinars through coordination, scheduling, and content preparation.
2. Key Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-QA work thoroughly.
- Strong written communication and editing skills, especially for captions, newsletters, and training scripts.
- Proactive task management and initiative - able to anticipate needs and act without reminders.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and design-aware, with adherence to style guides and formatting standards.
- Strong organizational skills to help maintain 400+ items on go/SELL SharePoint site and all internal Training team process documentation
- Effective collaboration with SMEs and team members, asking clarifying questions and engaging in real-time discussions.
- Logical problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
3. Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate training, instructional design, or sales enablement.
- 4–5 years of experience in a corporate or educational workforce, preferably in mobile or semiconductor industries.
- Demonstrated success in supporting training programs and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in conducting live training sessions and participating in real-time team meetings.
4. Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and moderate knowledge of SharePoint.
- Familiarity with video creation tools.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and AI-driven training tools.
- Ability to support during PST hours and collaborate in real-time with SMEs and training leads.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
