General Summary:
Position Summary
The Analyst – Sales Operations is a strategic partner within the business operations team, driving operational excellence and supporting data-driven decision-making across sales functions. This role leverages advanced AI technologies, Copilot agents, and intelligent automation to optimize commission management, rebate validation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming traditional workflows into scalable, intelligent systems that enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Commission & Rebate Management:
- Validate new commission claims and OEM rebate requests, ensuring alignment with approved quotes or pricing agreements.
- Accurately calculate and process monthly commission payments using AI-enhanced tools for precision and auditability.
- Organize review calls with Sales Representatives to resolve discrepancies and address payment-related inquiries, supported by Copilot-generated insights.
• Process Optimization & Automation:
- Design and maintain best-in-class processes, policies, and controls for commissions and rebates, embedding AI-driven logic and automation.
- Lead initiatives to automate workflows using RPA, Copilot agents, and AI-based decision systems to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Apply advanced analytics (Excel, Tableau, ERP systems) and AI tools to analyze data, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure all processes and policies comply with Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, integrating AI-powered controls and audit-ready documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit activities with automated traceability and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management:
- Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines, leveraging AI to prioritize and track tasks.
- Communicate effectively across teams and contribute to organization-wide initiatives, using Copilot agents to enhance collaboration and reporting.
• Additional Duties:
- Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, maintaining a flexible and adaptive approach to evolving business needs and emerging AI capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business or sales operations, preferably in the technology or semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adhere to standards, processes, and new technologies, especially those involving automation and AI.
- Detail-oriented with strong information processing skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with analytics platforms and AI tools preferred.
- Experience in order management and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP is desired.
- Hands-on experience with radical AI implementation in support functions is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
