General Summary:
Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s QGOV Finance organization. Qualcomm Government Technologies (QGOV) provides transformative, trustworthy, mission-focused wireless solutions and services designed to improve our government’s capabilities. QGOV is currently seeking a professional for a key financial analyst role supporting project financial analysis. This role provides an opportunity to manage a portfolio of USG contract project financials, utilize various business systems and tools, and the chance to interact with management as well as cross functional partners (e.g., program management, contracts, engineering, strategic development). A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communications skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess the flexibility to work on various projects and deliverables simultaneously. Additionally, they will have strong teamwork abilities and can identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to existing complex processes.
This role requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA (5 days per week).
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
USG contract project financial management including forecasting of annual budgets and quarterly outlooks, weekly EAC management, scenario analysis, identification of financial risks and opportunities, and other various project deliverables.
Opportunity for other assignments within QGOV Finance across the entire business cycle (pricing/proposals, department expense management, financial statement consolidations, accounting, systems, and tools development/support, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a program finance analyst
Knowledge of FAR and experience with government contracting
Knowledge of Tech Industry
Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA a plus
Aptitude for financial systems and reporting, including Oracle, HFM, TM1, Costpoint, SharePoint, Tableau, in addition to Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Adaptable and flexible to changing business environments, experience working in a matrixed global organization
Highly motivated team player with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly analytical and comfortable interacting across various business and finance teams

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$88,000.00 - $132,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
