General Summary:
Responsibilities:
- The Data analyst will maintain accurate material and inventory records in Qualcomm’s Oracle ERP system. This includes high volume, automated and manual WIP transactional processes with daily updates. The analyst will drive continuous improvements with supplier partners and internal organizations including finance / accounting, quality, procurement and planning.
- The B2B Desk is responsible to ensure all required Automated and Manual transactions are accurately accounted for in our end to end material flow. Post changes / updates in all required systems on daily basis. Resolve complex errors independently.
- The B2B Desk is responsible for Quarterly inventory Cycle Counts, Monthly SAT Metrics, and Weekly Rework reconciliation.
- Develop / maintain / publish inventory reporting per existing SOX controls.
- Provide subject matter expertise for new process capabilities and recommend updated processes as applicable.
- Develop, define and improve material transaction flows in Qualcomm’s Oracle ERP system and partner with QCT operations, off shore, and supplier teams to maintain / improve processes.
Skills:
- Minimum of three years of experience in inventory management or related field.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry. High attention to detail with ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Inventory, OSFM, and Purchasing modules.
- Advanced Business Objects, Database, Excel knowledge.
- Hands on experience with high volume manufacturing processes include Rosettanet/AWS based B2B processes.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills required.
- Understanding of electronics manufacturing and supply chain contract manufacturer environments desired.
Education Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Information Management or Industrial Engineering or Information Management required.
