General Summary:
Passenger safety and emergency preparedness
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks.
- Delivering safety briefings.
- Managing emergency evacuations and medical incidents.
In-flight service
- Prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks tailored to passenger preferences.
- Set up and manage entertainment systems, provide amenities like blankets or reading material.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable cabin environment throughout the flight.
VIP guest experience and discretion
- Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and handle personal items.
- Provide discreet, culturally aware, and emotionally intelligent service.
- Sign and uphold confidentiality agreements; no photos or videos allowed.
General Management:
- Flight attendant selection
- Contractor team meetings / communications (ensure stay abreast of critical information)
- Managing annual and ongoing training
- Standardization
- Scheduling of flight attendants
- Vendor management (RFPs, evaluation, day to day management)
- Order all the food/bedding/laundry
- Industry involvement (bring in best practices)
Education & Licenses
- Education: High school diploma, or equivalent, and FAR Part 91 flight operations experience required. Associate and bachelor’s degrees preferred.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in an executive Flight Attendant role, preferably corporate or high net worth individuals, required.
- Track record of success working in and providing leadership to a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Rules & Regulations and in-country Customs protocols required.
- Current medical training certificates (such as from FACTS, Flight Safety, MedAire) required.
- Training in accordance with the Qualcomm FOM required.
- Industry involvement and awareness of cabin safety and service best-practices required.
- Multi-lingual skills preferred (with English as the primary language) and knowledge of local cultural norms.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Extensive background and experience in the culinary arts, food safety and preparation, beverage selection, menu planning and presentation required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Familiar with department Safety Management System, including Risk Analysis and Mitigation required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, iPad and related software applications.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$141,700.00 - $212,500.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
