How would you like to be part of a team working on a cutting edge ultrasound based fingerprint technology that can work through glass, metal, and under display? We are looking for a candidate who can help validate and further our ultrasound fingerprint technology in biometric performance and its user experience.
This person must communicate well in Korean and English.

This job entails:

o Testing and analysis of fingerprint biometric and its user experience across different environmental conditions, finger conditions, long term usage test, etc...

o Collection of fingerprint data across different platforms and conditions internally and externally

o Working with customers, partners and 3rd party vendors for both testing and collection

o Working with SW/System/Algorithm teams to further improve biometric performance and user experience based on testing and analysis of the above activities

Basic Qualifications

Experience with Android such as flashing Android devices, ADB usage, writing simple scripts, etc..

Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Basic biometric knowledge or experience

Basic image processing knowledge experience

Experience with data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience in biometric, especially in fingerprint

Knowledge or experience in biometric Independent Verification & Validation

Knowledge or experience with pattern recognition algorithm

Experience working with customers and vendors – effective management of customer and 3rd party vendors

Knowledge or experience with embedded SW

Knowledge or experience with user experience

Languages – Chinese

Education Requirements

B.A. or B.S in science and/or engineering

Korean and English well speaking required
