General Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system-level integration testing for robotic platforms, covering perception, localization, navigation, control, and HMI modules
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and procedures to ensure reliable interaction between subsystems
  • Build and maintain test environments; perform functional, performance, stability, and regression testing
  • Analyze test results, identify system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
  • Work closely with R&D, product, and QA teams to promote test automation and continuous integration
  • Document test reports and participate in release reviews and version control
  • Stay updated with industry testing standards and continuously improve testing methodologies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in testing robotic or embedded systems
  • Solid understanding of robotic system architecture, including SLAM, navigation, and motion control fundamentals
  • Proficient in Linux; familiar with ROS, Python, Shell scripting
  • Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
