We are looking for a Data Scientist that is interested in learning / expanding their carer into Treasury. This individual will have a dual mandate, first to lead the transformation of Treasury through intelligent automation and second to learn and become part of the Capital Markets team within Treasury. This role combines deep technical expertise with systems acumen to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and accelerate AI adoption across the organization and expand into analyzing market trends and managing our foreign exchange program within Capital Markets
You will help design and deploy AI systems—including AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)—that automate complex workflows and empower teams through self-service tools, training and extensive change management within Treasury. You will learn and help optimize Treasury’s useage of various 3rd party systems including, Bloomberg, Clearwater, Chatham, FxAll and Kyriba.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$56.23 - $84.35The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
