General Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs in the development and delivery of cutting-edge robotics products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing hardware and software integration programs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This is an office based position that will need to adhere to the company's onsite work policy. The position is eligible to work out of either the company's San Diego or Santa Clara work locations.
Minimum Qualifications:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$171,200.00 - $295,400.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
