General Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Qualcomm as a Sr Manager, Marketing Integrated Planning. In this critical role, you will work closely with the marketing planning team and key leads to provide strategic support and integrated planning leadership, facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives within the organization. This position will lead Marketing’s integrated planning for the North America region and the IoT business.

Key responsibilities:

Qualcomm's Marketing Strategic Planning team is focused on continuing to foster an integrated approach to planning and championing consistent, strategic ways of working across the marketing organization. In this role you will:

Work with planning team to evolve and implement FY planning program Serve as integrated planning lead for the North America region, IOT Marketing Pillar and other key company initiatives. Work closely with program lead(s) to:

  • Drive integration within & across Marketing Pillars
  • Lead 360 planning forums with cross-functional core team
  • Identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration across key initiatives and 360 disciplines
  • Support regional team engagement, communication & collaboration
  • Articulate Marketing impact through measurement insights
  • Drive strategic alignment with Marketing leadership team
  • Lead investment planning
  • Maintain master FY plan as things evolve throughout the year
  • Lead Marketing engagement with North America Region & team
  • Partner with planning team to streamline ways of working, create strategic resources and establish best practices for marketing organization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field or comparable work experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on strategic planning, integrated marketing planning, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, platforms, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency and improved ways of working within a marketing organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Qualcomm experience / internal knowledge a plus

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$143,000.00 - $214,400.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
