Role Overview

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn advertising . This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in paid media who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and is passionate about driving measurable results through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Campaign Management: Plan, set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns across the full marketing funnel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience strategies.
  • Budget Pacing: Monitor and manage budget pacing to ensure campaigns spend efficiently and meet performance goals.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop and refine audience segments, leveraging first-party and third-party data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Ad Tech & Tracking: Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ensure proper tagging for accurate attribution and measurement.

This is an office-based position located in Mexico and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced communication skills in English
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategies, retargeting and lead generation tactics.
  • Familiarity with ABM practices in paid media
  • Experience with 6sense is a plus
  • Experience with other paid media channels is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of creative best practices for paid social.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
