General Summary:

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer the FR program such that FRs are properly organized such that both Tech Product Management and the customers alike have timely access to their requests.
  • Facilitate meetings and other communications to ensure the Product Management teams are aligned and coordinated.
  • Coordinate Tech Product Management to ensure that FR evaluation deadlines and responses are met.
  • Ensure that local FRs are properly synchronized with Qualcomm Program Master Database and other internal and external tools and with the global team.
  • Manage OEM FR systems and OEM external users, work with IT teams to customize OEMs’ requests in these systems.
  • Build excellent relationships with counterparts at the OEM customers to enable rapid and effective communication about issue status.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of industry experience in project, program, or product management and/or account management and customer relationships.
  • Experience in Mobile industry
  • Familiar with Mobile device/ software features and framework
  • Reading and writing fluency in English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both Semiconductor is a strong plus
  • Good relationship with mobile OEM companies is a strong plus
  • Verbal fluency in English and Chinese

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in the major of software/system architecture or computer science
Preferred: MBA or other Master's degree in technical or engineering is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 3+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
