General Summary:
MCX is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize NPI business processes across multiple business lines within MCX BU. This role requires a strong foundation in supply/demand planning process, project management, advanced data analytics leading business decision and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, influence strategic decisions, and lead initiatives that improve NPI Planning, supply optimization, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$122,400.00 - $183,600.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
