General Summary:
Position Overview
The VP of Global Planning is a senior leadership position within the supply chain organization responsible for constructing a long-term operational plan in line with corporate strategy and goals. The position will be instrumental in delivering quarterly revenue and inventory targets in line with corporate expectations. The position will also communicate continuously with the executive team, global sales, business units and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of operational plan to strategic requirements.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$255,800.00 - $383,800.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
