General Summary:
The candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-energy team focusing
on linux kernel gaming scheduler development on Android phone platform.
Responsibilities include:
• Linux Kernel gaming scheduler Development, Optimization and Maintenance.
• Participate in kernel scheduler, performance power enhancement and debug.
• Support customer optimization features.
Job Requirements
1. Strong in C and Data structures, preferably in developing Linux kernel in Android platform.
2. knowledge of Linux Kernel functionality and architecture including knowledge of boot up, SMP, scheduler etc.
3. Familiar with version control tool such as GIT .
4. Basic debugging and problem solving skills.
5. knowledge of assembly ARM is preferred.
6. Understanding of low-level CPU architecture (core, cache, MMU, bus architecture, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
