General Summary:

As a Qualcomm ASIC Engineer, you will define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development for a variety of high performance, high quality, low power world class products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine product execution path.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.Key Responsibilities
Develop wafer on wafer (WoW) hybrid bonding process
3D DRAM process development
Silicon capacitor and passive device development
foundry interface for NPI and yield bring up of heterogeneous integration products
Desired skillset/experience
Custom 3D DRAM process development experience
Wafer on wafer (WoW) hybrid bonding process development experience
silicon capacitor development experience is strong plus
process integration experience for advanced silicon technology
familiar with BEOL process and metalization process integration
foundry new product introduction (NPI) execution experience
familiar with silicon unit processes ; CVD, ALD, CMP, EPD, Litho
advanced packaging process experience is plus
