Key Responsibilities:

  • TPE Director/Staff of Game Production & Ecosystem: This dynamic, multi-functional role offers unique opportunities to shape our game studio’s strategic planning. The individual will be deeply integrated into our Global Snapdragon game studio team, focusing on global gaming strategic partnerships and next generation game product planning. Responsibilities include driving new gaming initiatives with top publishers and game planning across multiple regions for both Mobile and PC gaming as part of our Global team efforts.
  • Gaming Strategic Planning & Ecosystem Development: Create and implement strategic plans for the gaming industry, both within and outside of China for both Mobile and PC.
  • Game Production Integration: Develop and integrate game production processes at all levels within the studio, coordinating closely with global engineering teams and managing full commercial production pipelines.
  • Strategic Engagements: Support strategic engagements with game studios in collaboration with the Global Gaming Team for both PC and Mobile Gaming.
  • Marketing & Research: Co-create game marketing opportunities with the Global Gaming Team, including event planning and market research across different regions.
  • Production Tracking: Monitor all new games in production at top game studios, with lead times ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
  • Contract Support: Assist with game studio contracts and next-gen game initiatives in various regions.

This role is part of our core gaming group. You will collaborate closely with global product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to achieve results. A deep understanding of the gaming industry, ecosystems, and game business models is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in gaming production or game producer roles or strategic partnerships, or strategic planning or game business development, or long term board developer relations within the gaming industry or related ecosystems.
  • Bilingual proficiency (fluent English and native Chinese).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in the games industry, leading partnerships with game developers or related experience with ISV developers, strategic planning, and engagements.
  • Experience in game production or as a game producer, with a track record of strategic planning for AAA game studios.
  • Proven ability to lead game studio negotiations, identify partners, and structure agreements, including planning, roadmaps, and long-term milestone development.
  • Currently in a senior strategic business development role in the gaming industry, with a focus on mobile and PC ecosystems.
  • Experience with game publishers and industry developer relations.
  • Experience in game publishing across multiple markets for PC and mobile platforms.
  • Successfully shipped at least one mobile, console, PC, or XR game.
  • Proficiency in core game development and game engines.
  • Comfortable managing large, complex projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong team fit, and self-motivation.
