General Summary:
The VP, Creative Studio & Brand leads the strategic and creative engine behind our brand and business growth. This leader connects Qualcomm’s brands with global audiences through differentiated strategy, compelling storytelling, and integrated, data‑driven programs and content that build our brands, drive measurable perceptual change, and deliver meaningful business impact.
Main responsibilities include:
Brand Strategy & Evolution: Serve as the true north for Qualcomm’s brands, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and clarity across all touchpoints, teams, and partners.
Role sits at the center of the evolving Marketing organization; close collaboration with Product/BU Marketing, Corporate Communications, Growth Marketing & Enablement, and Regional Engagement. In addition, you will the go-to collaborative partner for the company on projects ranging from employer branding to on-site brand experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a demonstrated creative leader with equal commitment to strategy, design, and creative storytelling, well-versed in all channels, seasoned in establishing powerful creative ideas and campaigns that disrupt the market and deliver meaningful impact, and able to scale the work, but not the effort, based on a variety of budget levels. In this role, you will champion the work and be accountable for the results, building an environment of innovation, ongoing learning, and optimization.

Build an internal creative powerhouse, a center of innovation, ideas, and high-level content that builds our brands, delivers meaningful business impact, and reduces our reliance on external agencies while drawing notice from our partners, the market, and the industry.
Leverage AI tools and potential to streamline and accelerate workflows, drive innovation, develop content, and optimize team contributions and business impact.
Drive compelling, strategic, and engaging storytelling across paid, shared, and owned channels and through our executives to drive brand and business KPIs.
Capitalize on strategic brand partnerships (existing and new) to accelerate brand awareness and understanding, showcase technology in the context of audience passions, build community, and propel Snapdragon towards iconic brand status.
Build strategic opportunity and leverage through our Insiders communities: continue to deepen engagement and activation potential for ourselves and our partners; drive growth by leveraging our partners’ communities, drawing more of their fans into our fan orbit; and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years’ progressive creative leadership spanning brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content, and production; success at global technology or innovation‑centric brands.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study
Preferred Qualifications
- 20+ years’ progressive creative leadership spanning brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content, and production; success at global technology or innovation‑centric brands.
- MBA or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study
- Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough brand building, executive storytelling, and business impact.
- Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary creative teams and managing agencies/vendors at scale.
- Strong executive presence; ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into creative strategy.
- Fluency in data‑driven creative optimization; familiarity with AI‑enabled creative toolchains.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$273,600.00 - $410,400.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
