Tests and modifies general systems-level software/hardware, specialized utility and/or hardware. Interprets wireless specifications. Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to developers. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content. Develops testing programs that assess effectiveness of a new system or modification of an existing system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of smartphones & XR products, including hardware specifications, software features, and user experience.
Track and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in competitor products.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Monitor and analyze content from tech influencers and media platforms (KOL tech blogs, and video channels) to capture consumer sentiment and innovation trends.
Develop tools / automation system to perform analysis on commercial phones & XR products.

Skillsets & Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of mobile SoC architecture, hardware design, or software ecosystems is preferred.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Passionate smartphone & XR enthusiast with deep interest in new technology and innovation.
Familiarity with tech influencer content (tech forums and similar channels) and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-changing environments.
Python, C/C++, or Java programming languages to write test scripts.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information systems, Computer Science, automation or related field.
1~3 years of software engineering or testing experience on mobile industry.
Good communication and presentation skills.
