We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Sales – HUMAIN to drive Qualcomm’s AI inference business through our strategic partnership with HUMAIN in the KSA specifically and the Middle East broadly. This role is responsible for sales strategy, pricing, customer acquisition, and GTM execution to accelerate the adoption of Qualcomm’s AI100/AI200/AI250 inference platforms within HUMAIN’s Data Centre.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales hunter with deep relationships in KSA’s enterprise and public-sector ecosystems, capable of translating AI cloud technologies into clear business outcomes. You will lead strategic engagements, define commercial strategy, and directly contribute to revenue growth across HUMAIN and its customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Execution
- Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive DW consumption and revenue growth through HUMAIN.
- Own the full sales cycle: pipeline creation, customer qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop account penetration plans for KSA priority sectors (Government, FSI, retail, mobility, manufacturing).
- Drive YoY revenue growth by onboarding new customers to Qualcomm’s AI100, AI200, and AI250 inference platforms hosted at HUMAIN.
- Identify and prioritize high-value workloads (RAG, multimodal inference, agentic workloads, content generation, analytics).
2. HUMAIN Partnership & GTM Alignment
- Serve as Qualcomm’s primary sales interface into HUMAIN’s GTM Sell-Out commercial teams.
- Align with HUMAIN GTM leadership to coordinate campaigns, pricing, bundles, capacity planning, and incentives.
- Co-create joint market offerings and verticalized solutions tailored to targeted sectors in KSA.
- Track market trends, customer demand, and competitive pricing to refine commercial strategy.
- Ensure HUMAIN is enabled with the right messaging, pricing frameworks, and customer-facing materials.
3. Account Hunting & Market Expansion
- Act as an aggressive sales hunter to identify, pursue, and convert new AI cloud and inference opportunities.
- Build relationships with C-level decision-makers, CTOs, CIOs, AI/ML leads, innovation heads, SIs, and ISVs in KSA market.
- Drive high-intensity field engagement through workshops, executive briefings, roadshows, and technical demos.
- Develop structured plans for each priority account, including TAM sizing, workload mapping, and conversion strategy.
- Orchestrate internal and external teams (Qualcomm + HUMAIN) to accelerate deal cycles.
4. Pricing Strategy & Commercial Structuring
- Develop and optimize pricing models for AI inference workloads hosted at HUMAIN.
- Collaborate with finance, product, and HUMAIN’s commercial team to structure offers that maximize new logos and revenues.
- Evaluate GPUaaS models, reserved capacity, consumption-based pricing, enterprise commitments, and promotional incentives.
- Ensure competitive positioning in KSA market in terms of cost per inference, TCO, and performance.
5. Pipeline, Forecasting & Executive Reporting
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across sectors and workloads.
- Provide accurate forecasting, revenue projections, and executive-level reporting.
- Track sales KPIs, customer acquisition metrics, and revenue expansion trends.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, opportunity qualification, and structured sales governance.
6. Evangelism & Industry Engagement
- Represent Qualcomm and HUMAIN at high-profile industry events, summits, and executive forums.
- Evangelize the value of hybrid AI, sovereign AI cloud, and cost-efficient inference platforms.
- Build long-term trust relationships in the KSA innovation ecosystem, becoming a recognizable face of our AI Cloud narrative.
Required Qualifications
Sales & Business Expertise
- 8+ years of Enterprise Data Centre Sales, Cloud sales, or AI/ML platform sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Deep experience selling into KSA markets especially public sector, enterprises, and regulated industries.
- Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and close high-value deals.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- AI inference workloads (RAG, multimodal, agents)
- Data centre accelerators.
- AI cloud business models (GPUaaS, consumption pricing, reserved capacity)
- Hybrid AI architectures (Cloud + Edge)
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both executives and engineering teams.
GTM Skills
- Experience building or executing joint GTM strategies with ecosystem partners.
- Familiarity with pricing frameworks, value engineering, and commercial modelling.
- Ability to craft compelling sales narratives and executive-level pitches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships in KSA’s sovereign tech ecosystem (SDAIA, PIF companies, Aramco, ministries, large enterprises).
- Experience working with HUMAIN or similar local and regional players.
- Prior experience selling cloud or AI infrastructure services.
- Arabic language proficiency.
