The Supply Chain Associate supports day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and EMS management. This role ensures that materials and products move efficiently through the supply chain to meet customer and business needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Task:
Support procurement coordination, inventory management and logistics to ensure material availability and optimal product flow.
Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring they are processed correctly and on time.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and the quality of raw materials.
Schedule and coordinate production with EMS based on the production plan, raw material availability and finished goods request.
Maintenance of production and inventory data on the management system.
Manage the flow of information and ensure clear communication between departments such as production, logistics, and sales.
Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and planning orders to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Collaborate in demand and production forecasting, ensuring an adequate response to changes.
Resolve any supply chain issues or unexpected problems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM ASSIGNMENT STARTING ASAP.
Skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Knowledge of supply chain management processes and optimization techniques.
Proficiency with supply chain management software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Effective communication in English (verbal and writing)
