Role Overview
As Finance & Operations Manager, you will lead and drive operational excellence across multiple businesses, acting as a true business partner to commercial teams. You will oversee financial planning, sales incentive plan support, and process optimization, enabling scalable growth and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead pipeline health monitoring, revenue forecasting, and sales incentive plan support for assigned business units (e.g., IEIoT, RFFE).
•Oversee reporting, systems, and data governance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
•Manage rebate program execution and pricing strategy, collaborating with customer-facing teams.
•Drive process enhancement and AI adoption to improve operational efficiency.
•Deliver industry intelligence and business insights for leadership decision-making.
•Support alignment between China Region and Headquarter on commercial targets and strategic initiatives.
•Mentor and develop staff-level analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
•At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, business operations, or analytics.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint or similar tools.
•Proven track record in financial planning, sales incentive plan support, and process optimization.
•Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.
