Role Overview
As a Finance & Operations Analyst (Staff Level), you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales & BD & PdM team, supporting daily operations, financial planning, and sales incentive plan support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize processes, and enable disciplined execution for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Support pipeline and revenue forecasting, sales incentive plan support, and performance monitoring for assigned business units (e.g., Handset, Honor, Vivo).
•Provide reporting, data analytics, and sales opportunity tracking to drive commercial expansion.
•Collaborate with account managers and pricing teams to ensure accurate contract and pricing operations.
•Enable compliance tracking and support rebate program execution.
•Deliver business insights for leadership, connecting intelligence to decision-making.
•Participate in process enhancement initiatives, including AI adoption for operational efficiency.
•Support cross-regional collaboration and ad-hoc business needs.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
•At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, business operations, or analytics.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint or similar tools.
•Experience with financial planning, sales incentive plan support, and process optimization.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
