We are looking for a Junior Commodity Manager to support memory operations and supplier management for DRAM components. This role will focus on day-to-day execution, supplier coordination, and production continuity while learning and contributing to category strategy. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in supplier management and production operations, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational activities with DRAM suppliers, including order placement, delivery tracking, and escalation management.
Support commodity strategy execution by maintaining supplier alignment on cost, lead time, and allocation commitments.
Monitor production schedules and ensure DRAM supply continuity for manufacturing and NPI builds.
Assist in RFQ processes, cost analysis, and contract administration.
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (pricing, lead times, AVL updates).
Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and Supplier Quality to resolve supply issues and implement corrective actions.
Track and report supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness).
Support risk mitigation plans during allocation or market volatility.

Qualifications Required

6+ years experience in supplier management and production operations.
Familiarity with DRAM technologies and memory supply chain fundamentals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge of AVL management, PCN processes, and basic contract terms.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of industry-specific experience in Procurement, Operations, or related work experience.
