General Summary:

We are seeking an experience Manager to support our Warehouse Distribution Center (DC) global operations. This role is important in ensuring an efficient, full compliance and secure handling of high-value, sensitive components and finished goods across global supply chains. The ideal candidate will bring logistic expertise, a strong understanding of semiconductor industry requirements, and a proven record to lead complex, high-tech distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational & Demand Management

  • Review daily forecast and demand across various warehouses to ensure optimal capacity planning.
  • Drive smooth daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Ensure Distribution Centre (DC) KPIs are consistently met with proactive mitigation actions.

2. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Plan and manage annual Opex and Capex budgets for management review.
  • Review monthly DC billing and KPI reports for accuracy before Finance submission.
  • Summarize quarterly shipment data and support financial reporting cycles.
  • Submit NEA recycling and packaging consumption reports in alignment with local regulations.

3. Inventory Control & Audit Compliance

  • Consolidate and submit annual external audit cycle count requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, including BCP processes and compliance checks.
  • Manage scrap processes (local and overseas) to meet regulatory and recovery standards.

4. System Support & Project Management

  • Support system enhancement testing and perform user buy‑off for new features.
  • Track system/process enhancements to ensure timely deployment and adoption.
  • Participate in operational project planning and execution.
  • Oversee onboarding of new employees and 3PL staff, including system access and equipment setup.

5. Vendor & Procurement Support

  • Collaborate with procurement on SOWs and MSAs for 3PLs and scrap vendors.
  • Source and evaluate packaging materials and equipment.

6. Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop operational reports and conduct data analysis to support management evaluation.
  • Review and approve 8D reports for quality issues across warehouses.
  • Identify and lead productivity improvement initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of distribution processes to optimize cost, speed, and service quality.

7. People Leadership

  • Train, coach, and evaluate new team members.
  • Manage onboarding, capability development, and operational readiness of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations, with at least 4 years in a manager role within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor logistic, including handling of chips, and sensitive electronic components.
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with cleanroom logistic and ESD-safe practices.
  • Good analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with global logistic, customs compliance, and trade regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant operations experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant operations experience with 2+ of those years involving leadership experience.
