General Summary:

We are seeking a highly proficient and technical Digital Asset Manager Publisher to be responsible for hands‑on page creation, component configuration, and digital asset operations within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role focuses on executing content updates, maintaining AEM component integrity, and ensuring high‑quality publishing across devices and channels. The ideal candidate has deep experience with AEM Sites and AEM Assets, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a precise understanding of structured content workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

AEM Publishing & Component Execution

  • Build, publish, and update pages, toolkits, and online guidelines using AEM components and templates.
  • Configure components, validate layout behavior, and troubleshoot rendering or functionality issues.
  • Ensure pages are on-brand, consistent, mobile responsiveness, performance requirements.

Content Operations & Workflow

  • Execute content updates, page launches, and scheduled releases.
  • Translate requirements from marketing, creative, and product teams into precise AEM tasks using Workfront Workflows.
  • Maintain operational accuracy under tight t

Quality Assurance

  • Perform pre‑publish QA for desktop and mobile, validating layout, components, CTAs, forms, and interactivity.
  • Identify issues, document defects, and collaborate with dev teams for resolution.
  • Validate accessibility, alt text, metadata, and structured content requirements.

This is an office based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Communication Skills in English
  • 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with AEM Sites and AEM Assets, including page building and DAM creation.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting AEM Core Components.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS basics, component behavior, and front‑end QA.
  • Proficient with all Adobe tools, specifically Workfront, AEM, AEM Assets, Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and structured content models.
  • Ability to support component testing, UAT, or partnership with development teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of HTML, JSON exports, and component‑driven architectures.
  • Experience working within agile or sprint‑based content release cycles.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
