General Summary:

Job Scope

• Full cycle of recruitment activities, Company branding and re-employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates on Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and add value to our Talent Acquisition Team. Researches, learns, and applies understanding of TA tools, systems, principles, and best practices for end-to-end recruiting lifecycle to identify, source, and hire qualified, diverse candidates.

  • Provides best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.

  • Business partnering with supervisors and managers on hiring needs, HR services and performance management such as PIP and off-boarding process.

  • Proactively build campus relationship and strategy for sourcing, engaging young talent through internship program.

  • In charge of the total training plan for the plant to meet customers’ requirements and continuous improvement for the factory.

  • Administer HR programs to support company’s long-term goal to develop future ready workforce as well as scholarship program to develop young leaders.

  • Monitor foreign worker recruitment activities, employment practices, repatriation, and CSR Compliance.

  • Oversee re-employment practices and ensure process efficiency and compliance with local legislations.

  • Take on other projects / new initiatives and programs as required.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Complete work (requisition fulfilment, sourcing, etc.) on time with minimal guidance; ensures details across multiple tasks are completed accurately and with high quality.

  • Develop and maintain sourcing channels’ effectiveness.

  • To enhance all SOP processes, maximize resources in recruitment areas by seeking continuous improvement.

Selection Criteria

Education / Experience Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  • Min. 5 years of HR generalist experience and must have experience in managing mass recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR system.

  • Able to meet tight deadline, responsive and in a dynamic environment.

  • Good team-player, meticulous and pleasant personality

Skills, Ability & Knowledge:

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Able to handle high volume / mass recruitment.

  • Proactive, able to plan and organize.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 7+ years of Acquisition experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Acquisition experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
