Responsibilities
Design and develop high‑performance DSP software, including highly efficient kernels for machine learning inference graphs and advanced modem communication algorithms
Implement optimized, low‑level DSP solutions with a strong focus on performance, accuracy, and real‑time constraints
Deliver high‑quality, efficient, and well‑tested code according to project schedules
Collaborate closely with team members and peer teams across multiple engineering disciplines
Required Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in DSP development or GPU programming, including low‑level, assembly, or real‑time embedded software
Good understanding of machine learning and neural network models
Strong background in software and/or firmware engineering
Familiarity with fixed-point arithmetic – significant advantage
Strong analytical skills, creativity, agility, and ability to solve complex technical problems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely within a team environment
Excellent English
Willingness to contribute above‑average working hours when required
Exceptionally brilliant graduate engineers with engineering work experience may also be considered
Good understanding of CPU and DSP/GPU architectures – advantage
Experience in modem development and digital communication systems – advantage
Hands‑on lab experience with advanced testing and measurement equipment – advantage
Education Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
