We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to build, own and execute SambaNova’s data-driven social media content and community management strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing SambaNova’s social media content across various platforms to establish our online presence and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and programs to increase online presence, engage audiences, and drive growth globally
  • Developing and maintaining a global social media post calendar across various channels including drafting, editing, and sourcing creative for all posts
  • Identifying and testing social media marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms
  • Utilizing data from search engine traffic, social media posts, and campaign results to measure success
  • Empower internal teams to amplify brand awareness by utilizing social media
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company and brand are unified
  • Translating blog posts, product launches, and customer stories into valuable social media content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure our social media strategy is aligned with broader organizational initiatives and brand identity

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of social media experience within the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience working in the AI/ML space is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading social media growth strategies, content strategies, engagement campaigns, social media communities, and paid media
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices with a high propensity to identify, test, and adopt new social marketing and community outreach opportunities
  • Excellent writing skills in creating engaging content across multiple formats and channels
  • Experience creating and managing a social media calendar using CMS tools such as Social Studio, Sprinklr, or Hubspot
  • Strong experience utilizing organic social media marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and Executive-level teams
  • Partner with brand & events, PR, AR, PMM, and other cross-functional teams to drive cohesive strategies and promote cross-channel opportunities
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and on a fast-paced team
  • Manage and collaborate with a social media agency team to drive global results

Annual Salary Range and Level:

The base salary for this position ranges from $145,000.00 per year up to $195,000.00 per year. This range is based on role, level, and location and reflects the salary target for new hires in the US. Individual pay within the range will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s job-related qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
