About the Role
At SambaNova Systems, getting a product from breakthrough concept to high-volume production is a mission-critical endeavor—and the Senior NPI Engineer is at the center of it. You will own the full product-realization journey: bridging design, supply chain, and contract manufacturing to ensure our next-generation AI server systems are built right, built reliably, and built at scale.
This role is ideal for a hands-on systems thinker who is equally comfortable on the factory floor and in a design review. You will work across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and supply chain teams—driving DFx influence early, solving hard manufacturing problems fast, and building the infrastructure that makes high-quality production repeatable. If you love the challenge of turning complex hardware into a scalable product, this is the role for you.
