We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the user experience of our SaaS application.

● Design and implement solutions for prospects and customers
● Take end-to-end responsibility for integrations with third-party systems
● Provide technical support to prospects and customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet customer needs
● Continuously improve integration processes and solutions based on customer feedback and emerging technologies
● Develop and maintain documentation for custom solutions and integrations
● Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or past service in a technological unit
● 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Python
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customized solutions
● Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
